and don't make a blog @ moyabailey.blogspot.com if you don't expect your family to find it.
I don't want to give up on the blogging, but self censorship is not cool either . . .
Anyhoo, on a happier note, I wore the spike issued pink cameo air force 1's yesterday! I really like them! Went to sevananda and bought fresh, organic, co-op, produce. Being healthy and political about food is hella expensive! We went to Wild Curry and Teresa & Bettina came to the apt. and put the futton together for me!
So yeah, life is . . .

I'm mad again!
yes! it feels so good to have a pop culture something or another to be upset about.
for those of you who don't know, Nick Cannon and Anthony Hamilton teamed up for the "pro-life"/anti-choice anthem of the year "Can I Live?" It even has a choir of angelic children singing the hook with hamilton.
Being the conspiracy theorist i am, i wonder if this is the brain child of some right wing ceo. I mean I'm sure it is nick's heartfelt thanks to his mamma for letting him live, but it seems like an excellent opportunity for the right, whether they schemed it up or not.
I think i'm also mad cause in between "feelin' freaky" and being a "gigolo spendin' lots of dough" he feels like delivering a message about how his mom did the "right thing" and not the "knife thing". And in the spirit of Jah's dis of 106, everyone in the studio was giving him the thumbs up, no questions asked.
Is it just me or are the voices of the left a little muffled these days? I believe in blogging but can't someone on the left get a bullhorn or something?

This is for them stay crunk . . .
so i'm chillin' in the 'ville, wishin' I had something to do. Amy and I saw Star Wars last night. it was better than the other two.
sigh. . . i just want to relive the last semester, losing the doc and all. I think I really grew in that time. To think I'm a Spelman grad now. So crazy.
But I will be back in the A soon. Q Mali and I are gonna be roommates this summer! And DeLaine, Alii, and Amy say they want to spend some time at my posh pad too, so the party don't stop!
I hope I read like I'm supposed to over the summer. I want to get back into nerdy moya mode in my first year. But i have a feeling this summer is gonna be filled with distractions, one of them being this thing in New York at the end of the month. Not that I'm complaining. Hanging out in the city with J Beezy is always on my to do list :)

It's been a long time!
Things I've done since my last entry (in no particular order):
repaired the documentary!!
returned to the finally renovated sister's chapel!!!
graduated!
Moved into my first apartment!
gotten a job!
got a bike (thanks amy)!
ate at Wild Curry!
washed dishes with my dish washer!
Things are good, how's the rest of the world? Ya'll miss me?
